Beginning in January, Fidelity will be the administrator for your Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA), Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account (LPFSA), and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA).
This change will make it easier to manage your accounts by giving you one login for your tax-advantaged accounts and your 401(k). You’ll also have access to convenient features, including the ability to securely store receipts for future reimbursement requests and expanded HSA investment options available from day one.
In addition, Fidelity provides personalized tools and resources to help you make informed decisions about spending, saving, and investing your HSA dollars. Support will be available online, through the mobile app, and by phone.
We’ll share more information about the transition, including any actions you may need to take, before the change takes effect.
You’ll continue to enroll in your benefits through Your Benefits™ at Alight during Annual Enrollment. Only the administration of your HSA and FSA accounts are moving to Fidelity.
If you’re currently using or will use a GLP-1 medication (like Wegovy®, Zepbound®, or Saxenda®) for weight management through a Rockwell medical plan, you’ll be required to enroll in and use Calibrate beginning January 2027. Calibrate is a virtual weight loss program that pairs clinician-prescribed medication with bi-weekly coaching and science-backed habit building so results stick long-term.
Going forward, GLP-1 prescriptions must go through a Calibrate clinician to maintain coverage. Current GLP-1 users will receive direct communication with next steps.
Spouses and domestic partners will have access to Personify Health—so you can both take advantage of the program’s tools and resources, including daily health tips, movement and sleep tracking and health coaching.
While spouses and domestic partners can participate in the program, only employees are eligible to earn the annual well-being credit toward their Rockwell medical plan contributions.
