Support for Employees of Every Age, Every Stage, and Every Background

At Rockwell Automation, we celebrate diversity in all forms and believe every employee deserves to feel supported, valued, and empowered to be their authentic selves. So, in honor of Pride Month this June, we’re highlighting a few inclusive benefits and resources you can use all year long—regardless of your age, identity, background, neurodiversity status, or life stage.

1. Find a Provider That Fits Your Needs

When it comes to your care, finding the right doctor can make all the difference. Luckily, UHC makes it easy to explore in-network providers that fit your unique needs. If you’re enrolled in a UHC medical plan, you can filter your search by a variety of criteria, like:

  • Gender
  • Ethnicity
  • Language
  • Accessibility
  • Area of expertise (e.g., “LGBTQ identified” or “LGBTQ supportive”)

To get started, log in to your account at myuhc.com and select “Find a Provider.”

2. Get Help Growing Your Family

It takes a village to raise a child. It can take a village to grow your family, too. That’s why Rockwell provides resources to help families of all shapes and sizes get the support they need, no matter what that journey looks like. Take a look at what’s available:

  • Legal services for reproductive assistance — Access up to 20 hours of legal services for reproductive assistance matters (such as surrogacy, egg donation, sperm donation, gamete donation, embryo donation, and embryo adoption) through the MetLife Legal Plan. To learn more, visit legalplans.com/why-enroll.
  • Infertility services — Receive up to $25,000 for medical expenses and up to $10,000 for prescription drug expenses for fertility care through your Rockwell medical plan. To get help understanding your coverage, read about UnitedHealthcare’s fertility treatments or call 1.844.234.7924, or if you’re a Centivo medical plan member, visit my.centivo.com or call 1.833.502.2403.

3. Receive Support for Autism Spectrum Disorder

Autism Spectrum Disorder, or ASD, is among the most common neurodivergent conditions. Like the name suggests, ASD reflects a wide range of symptoms and severity. Because of that, it affects everyone differently. Through your Rockwell medical plan, you and your family can get the support you need.

No matter which plan you’re enrolled in, you have coverage for intensive behavioral health services such as applied behavior analysis, which can help with:

  • Reinforcing adaptive behaviors
  • Reducing maladaptive behaviors
  • Improving age-appropriate skills

To better understand your coverage, call UnitedHealthcare at 1.844.234.7924, or Centivo at 1.833.502.2403.
