Secure 2.0: Catch-up Contributions Now Require a Roth Election

  • Starting January 1, 2026, employees who are age 50+ and earned more than $150,000 in 2025 FICA wages (W-2 Box 3) from Rockwell Automation must make catch-up contributions on a Roth basis instead of pre-tax. If this applies to you, log in to NetBenefits at 401k.com to submit your Roth catch-up election, or call Fidelity at 1.877.765.4015 with questions.
