Whether you’re struggling yourself or want to be a better support system for those around you, Rockwell is here to help.

When life feels overwhelming, it’s important to talk to someone—including a mental health professional, mentor, friend, or even a stranger. Sharing the burden can help you find the clarity, validation, and support you need to feel better.
No matter what you’re dealing with—life changes, relationship challenges, financial concerns, or something else—the ComPsych Employee Assistance Program (EAP) can help. The EAP provides free, confidential support to you and your household members whenever you need it.

well-being. Exercise—including running, biking, weightlifting, fitness classes, or even short walks—releases feel-good endorphins that can help you reduce stress and improve your mood. 5. Notice Burnout Before It Happens
Burnout, or severe mental and physical exhaustion brought on by prolonged stress, is one of the most common mental health concerns in the workplace. The best way to protect your emotional well-being—and the well-being of those around you—is to recognize the signs before it becomes unmanageable.
Here are a few things to look out for:
- Chronic fatigue or exhaustion
- Changes in mood—like feeling more irritable, anxious, or overwhelmed than usual
- Frequent physical symptoms like headaches, loss of appetite, or muscle tension
- Difficulty focusing and reduced performance
- Alienation and lack of enthusiasm for usual daily activities
Remember that help is available whenever you need it. If you or someone you know is struggling with mental health, refer back to these resources for support. If you or someone you know is at risk of harming themselves, call or text the Suicide Prevention Lifeline by dialing 988 for 24/7 free, confidential support.

Navigate Tax Season with Confidence
With tax season upon us, now is the perfect time to get organized and make smart financial moves. From essential tax preparation tips to a valuable retirement savings opportunity that can benefit your tax situation, Rockwell helps you prepare and maximize your benefits. Here are four tips for preparing for tax season.
1. Boost Your Retirement Savings and Reduce Your Taxable Income
As you think about your financial goals this tax season, consider enrolling in Rockwell’s Annual Increase Program (AIP).
The AIP puts increasing how much you save for retirement on autopilot. Simply choose how much you want to increase your retirement savings each year (1% or more) and select a date—many employees align their increase with their annual raise to boost savings without impacting take-home pay. The AIP helps you to build wealth faster, can reduce your taxable income, and maintain control of your finances—you can adjust or stop at any time.
Example:
- If you’re currently contributing 4% and enroll in the AIP with a 2% annual increase in March, your retirement contributions will grow to 6% next March, 8% the following year, and so on. Small increases add up to significant retirement savings over time.
2. Gather Your Documents
To prepare for tax season, be sure to gather these documents. For instructions on how to access your Rockwell W-2 and 1095-C forms, read about it in the News Bites section.
- W-2 form
- Health care coverage (1095-C) form
- 1099 forms for any additional income (interest, dividends, freelance work)
- Retirement account contribution statements (401k, IRA)
- Mortgage interest statements (Form 1098)
- Receipts for charitable donations
3. Know Your Tax Deadlines
Be mindful of important upcoming dates.
- April 15, 2026, is the federal tax return filing deadline (unless extended) and last day to contribute to a traditional or Roth IRA for the previous tax year.
- October 15, 2026, is the extended filing deadline if you file for an extension.
4. Get Additional Resources
Visit the IRS website at irs.gov to download forms, check your refund status, and access helpful tax tools. If you earn $73,000 or less, you may qualify for IRS Free File, which provides free tax preparation software. If you have questions about your retirement account or other benefits, please contact Fidelity at 401k.com or call 1.877.765.4015.
Taking time now to prepare for tax season and review your financial strategy can make a real impact. Rockwell is here to support you in making the most of your benefits so you can build a secure financial future.
