What’s New in 2025

Annual Enrollment (October 26–November 17, 2024) begins next week! Each year, we take a close look at our benefits and consider what changes are necessary, while still prioritizing your health and well-being. Here’s a closer look at what’s new in 2025.

To learn more about all the benefits available to you, check out the 2025 Benefits Guide.

  1. New Automax Feature for HCFSAs
The IRS changes the maximum amount you can contribute to your Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) at the end of each year, so you won’t see the new maximum when you enroll during Annual Enrollment. When you enroll, select “Yes” if you want your HCFSA contribution to automatically increase to the new maximum if the IRS raises it, or select “No” if you don’t want this automatic increase. You’ll be able to view your selection beginning January 2025.
  2. More Health Support for Women
In 2025, you and your adult dependents enrolled in a Rockwell medical plan will have access to Maven. In addition to virtual care for pregnancy, postpartum, and returning to work after parental leave, you’ll have access to unlimited education and coaching from a network of reproductive and family health experts, such as OB-GYNs, doulas, reproductive endocrinologists, fertility educators, adoption/surrogacy coaches, nutritionists, mental health coaches, and career coaches. Maven also provides personalized support for perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause, including managing symptoms and support in finding the right treatments. Plus, you’ll be connected to a dedicated Care Advocate who can provide 24/7 support, learning resources, and access to community forums to engage with others on the same journey.
  3. Enhanced Second Opinion
2nd.MD will replace Teladoc Health to provide expert medical advice and second opinions for a wide range of medical conditions, including cancer, heart disease, digestive issues, mental health, and more. Use 2nd.MD to gain peace of mind—while saving time and money—when you need an expert second medical opinion.
  4. New EAP Partner
ComPsych will replace Carelon as our new global Employee Assistance Program (EAP) vendor-partner. You’ll receive many of the same great benefits and resources and some enhancements including eight free counseling sessions with a highly trained clinician.
  5. New Family-Building Benefits
If you’re enrolled in the Legal Plan through MetLife, you’ll have access to up to 20 hours of legal services with an experienced attorney—including phone consultations, court appearances, and document reviews—for reproductive assistance matters, such as surrogacy, egg donation, sperm donation, gamete donation, embryo donation, and embryo adoption. These services are 100% covered and the cost of the plan will continue to be $162 annually.
  6. Upgraded Vision Plan
Good news—your vision plan just got even better! In 2025, we’re increasing the $130 allowance to $150 for frames and contact lenses. We hope this helps you find the perfect pair of frames or contact lenses to suit your style and vision.
  7. Increase in Medical Contributions
In line with our commitment to keeping expenses as affordable as possible for you and your family, Rockwell Automation continues to pay the majority of your premium costs. However, due to the continual rise of the cost of health care, you’ll notice an increase in contributions for medical plans. This increase is still below the national average.
