    • Update your emergency contact information in SAP today. Your emergency contact is now available in SAP HR Direct Access > My Info. Please take a moment to verify that your information is current. This ensures Rockwell Automation reaches the right person for you in an emergency. If you ever need to update your emergency contact information, do it directly in SAP. If you have questions or need help, open a ticket with the IT Helpdesk.
    • Need to add or remove dependents from health coverage after a qualified status change? Go online! Now you can make these changes 24/7 on Your Benefits Resources, instead of calling the Rockwell Automation Service Center (RASC). Of course, if you don’t have computer access or if you have questions, you can still call RASC at 877.OUR.RASC (1.877.687.7272).
    • Managing your MetLife benefits online just got easier! MetLife recently enhanced MyBenefits. Now you can view all your MetLife coverages—dental, home/auto and the vision discount program—in one central place. From there you can manage claims online, sign up for text notifications for claim updates, view the page from your mobile device and get personalized information and product details on the “My Accounts” page. Explore the enhanced site (Use your current MyBenefits login.)
