Rockwell 401(k) Plan Updates

Starting in 2026, changes will be made to the Rockwell Retirement Savings Plan (the “401(k)” Plan) as we implement two key provisions of the SECURE 2.0 Act:

  • Roth catch-up contributions: If you’re turning 50 or older in 2026 and your total 2025 FICA wages are over $150,0001, any catch-up contributions you make in 2026 must be made on a Roth basis.
  • Super catch-up contributions: Employees ages 60 to 63 will benefit from an increased catch-up limit, allowing you to contribute up to a total of $11,250 in 2026. Just like other 401(k) contribution limits, this limit may change annually.

Watch your inbox as Fidelity will be communicating with you if you’re impacted by either change.
