Your Coverage
The Basic dental option does not cover orthodontia, but the Comprehensive dental option pays 50% of orthodontia services for children under age 19. There is a lifetime maximum benefit of $1,250.
Reasonable and Customary Charges
The plan pays up to reasonable and customary (R&C) charges for out of network care. You are responsible for any cost difference if your expenses are more than the R&C limits.
