Your Coverage
Major dental care includes services such as crowns, dentures and bridges. The Basic dental option does not cover major care, but the Comprehensive dental option pays 50% of major care services after meeting your deductible.
Reasonable and Customary Charges
The plan pays up to reasonable and customary (R&C) charges for out of network care. You are responsible for any cost difference if your expenses are more than the R&C limits.
