If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA), you should know that a nominal fee might be associated with certain transactions, such as ATM withdrawals and ATM balance inquiries. Knowing when fees might be incurred—and how much the fees are—is key to keeping accurate track of your account balance.

1. Log in to the Aetna member website (www.aetna.com).
2. Select Health Savings Account—Access Your Account.
